SETRENLO® InRoom loo ventilation and activated carbon
Unpleasant smells also arise in composting toilets. However, not everyone wants to drill a hole in the outside wall for the exhaust air.
The SETRENLO® InRoom toilet ventilation is the ideal solution for this. Simply attach a ventilation hose from the toilet to the toilet ventilation and you're done. No need to drill a hole. Of course, it works with all standard composting toilets.
A powerful, yet quiet fan sucks out the bad air and absorbs the bad smells using activated carbon granules. The InRoom toilet vent has an extra large container for the activated carbon so that all smells are really absorbed.
The activated carbon granules must be replaced annually. You can easily do this yourself: unscrew the housing, empty the saturated granules, fill in fresh activated carbon, screw the housing back on.
You can safely dispose of the saturated granules in your household waste because SETRENLO® activated carbon is vegan and made from renewable raw materials.
The vegan activated carbon for the first two years is included in the bundle. Later, you only need to buy the vegan activated carbon. One liter is then enough for two years.
The ventilation housing is made from renewable raw materials. Should it ever become obsolete after a few years, it is easily biodegradable.
