SETRENLO® - the green loo products can be ordered from all EU countries and Switzerland. If you would like to order from other countries, please contact us directly.

 

Shipping costs

Packages under 20 kg

 

  • 4.99€ - to Germany, Switzerland and Austria

  • 15,99€ - to all other EU countries

 

Packages weighing 20 kg or more are shipped as freight – this primarily applies to the SETRENLO® toilet. We've taken this step to ensure your SETRENLO® toilet arrives undamaged.

 

Shipping costs vary widely. You can order the SETRENLO® toilet directly to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in our shop. For all other countries, please contact us and we will determine the individual shipping costs.

 

  • 59,99€ - to Germany and Austria

  • 159,99€ - to Switzerland

  • All other countries on request

 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shop based on your shipping address and the selected products.

 

🇨🇭 Note for deliveries to Switzerland

 

For deliveries to Switzerland, all prices are net prices. Although the "incl. VAT" label may appear in the shop, no EU VAT will be charged.

 

The delivery is made as a tax-free export delivery in accordance with Section 6 UStG.

 

Additional costs may apply when importing into Switzerland, such as:

 

  • the Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%),

  • as well as customs duties or fees charged by the Swiss Post or the transport service provider.

 

These costs are to be borne by the buyer and are not billed via SETRENLO®.
