From customer request to success: The story of our Midnight Edition
Sometimes a product launch goes even better than planned. That's exactly what happened with the SETRENLO® Deluxe Midnight Edition!
The first production batch has sold out – significantly earlier than originally expected.
That makes us incredibly happy! Especially because Midnight originated from an idea that many of you helped to initiate.
How customer requests became Midnight
Your wishes, ideas, and feedback are important to us. We listen, enjoy exchanging ideas with you, and strive to implement your suggestions. Often, the best ideas emerge from these conversations.
Individual customer projects have always been part of SETRENLO's business. We manufacture our toilets from high-quality Corian® and can use almost any color from the extensive Corian color palette. This has allowed us to realize many highly personalized ideas.
However, one question came up more and more frequently:
"Does your toilet also have a dark version?"
Of course, it was always possible to make it as a custom order. But the more often this question came up, the clearer it became to us: Why don't we simply make it a regular option?
This is how the SETRENLO® Deluxe Midnight Edition came about.
With Carbon Concrete, we opted for a dark shade from the Corian® palette. It's the same high-quality material as our classic Glacier White, but with a completely different look.
And when we saw the first finished toilets in front of us, we were thrilled!
Our expectations? Significantly exceeded!
We were convinced by Midnight from the very beginning. After all, the idea arose not only from our own enthusiasm, but also from your wishes.
Nevertheless, we deliberately planned the first production run cautiously. After all, we couldn't yet know how high the demand would actually be.
The fact that everything would then happen so quickly exceeded even our expectations.
What makes us particularly happy about this is not simply the number of toilets sold.
This confirms that with Midnight we've hit the nail on the head, fulfilling the wishes of many of you. That you share our enthusiasm and have chosen a toilet that not only serves its purpose but is also visually striking.
An idea born from your wishes has become a product that excites you just as much as it excites us. And that's simply a great feeling!
What happens next with Midnight?
Midnight will of course remain part of our product range. The next production batch has already been ordered, and if everything goes according to plan, we expect to be able to deliver again sometime in January 2027.

We'll be at the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart in January. And one thing was immediately clear to us: our Midnight model absolutely had to come with us! We therefore reserved a copy well in advance for the fair.
We're really looking forward to showing you Midnight in person. Because as beautiful as pictures may be – having the toilet in front of you, feeling the surface and trying everything out is simply something else.
Above all, we look forward to meeting you, to personal conversations, your ideas, and of course, your honest opinion. Perhaps this will even spark the next idea for SETRENLO!
