Solbio Original XL is a 100% biological sanitary fluid that specifically helps to reduce odors, prevent limescale buildup and keep the urine canister clean – all without classic sanitary chemicals.
Solbio has proven particularly effective in our experience with dry toilets that use urine canisters. Odors are significantly reduced, deposits are minimized, and cleaning is noticeably easier. After emptying, a simple rinse with water is often sufficient.

We have been using Solbio ourselves for a long time in our own dry toilets and are convinced of its effectiveness in everyday life.
One point is particularly important to us: the prevention of urinary stones.
Especially in toilets with an internal urine tank, such as the SETRENLO® Deluxe toilet, deposits can build up over time. These can also affect the function of sensors – for example, our pipiGUARD® for fill level monitoring.
That's precisely why we rely on Solbio ourselves and recommend regular use. In our experience, Solbio helps to significantly reduce deposits and keep the tank cleaner in the long term.
Our dosage recommendation
In our experience, 10–20 ml is usually sufficient for a 10-liter urine canister. We recommend a maximum of 40 ml per 10 liters.
More is not automatically better: Too high a dosage can cause more foaming. This is generally not a problem, but depending on the system, it can – for example with our pipiGUARD® – lead to earlier activation.
Our recommendation: start with a lower dosage and find the ideal amount for your own use.
